Molthis acts as a commercial broker and supplier of virgin polymers, recycled materials and compounds. We manage each request around the application, technical specification, quantity and destination, from packaging resins to engineering thermoplastics. rPET can be evaluated in pellet or flake form.
Listed families indicate the scope of enquiries; they do not confirm stock or availability of every grade. Quotations depend on grade, intended use, volume and destination. Recycled content, technical suitability and food-contact requirements are verified separately.
rPET
Physical form is part of the specification. rPET flakes and rPET pellets are distinct sourcing requests. Particle size, colour, contamination limits, moisture and intended use must be agreed for flakes; pellet data must not be applied to flakes.
Grade and properties to be confirmed for the intended application.
Particle size, color, moisture and contamination to be specified for each request.
Low-, linear low-, medium- and high-density grades, plus specialised molecular-weight grades.
Homopolymer, random copolymer and impact/heterophasic copolymer grades.
Polystyrenes and styrenic copolymers selected for the required process and performance.
Recycled PET in pellets or flakes, plus engineering polyester enquiries.
Technical polymers and compounds assessed against application requirements.
Ethylene copolymers for flexible formulations and barrier applications, depending on grade.
Rigid and flexible formulations, specified for the intended process.
TPE families, including thermoplastic polyurethane, selected by hardness and performance.
Virgin and recycled grades. Not every family is available in every variant. Grade, volume and destination determine the assessment of each supply request.
PCR: post-consumer recycled. PIR: post-industrial recycled. These terms describe the origin of recycled material, not a polymer family.
Recycled does not automatically mean recyclable or suitable for food contact. Documentation and suitability are reviewed for each grade and application.
